This is a known bug.The only solution i can find is to uninstall the Dawnguard dlc,clear your cache & then go back into the game.It will ask you if you want to load the game though the content is no longer there,load the game & go & get the Alchemy Lab.Once you have it quit out,redownload the Dawnguard dlc & it should work fine Okay so this is my first Elder Scrolls game ever.
